• Customized solar system kits or components tailored to specific client needs.
• Used or installed products.
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

• Wait for a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
